You have the flexibility to arrange pickup with your preferred shipping company. Alternatively, if you prefer us to manage the shipment, simply select this option during checkout. We will promptly update your invoice to reflect the inclusive shipping cost.
Liability Disclaimer
While we take utmost care in packaging your items securely, we regret to inform you that we cannot be held responsible for any damages incurred during transit by the shipping companies. Additionally, please be aware that most shipping companies do not offer insurance coverage for “glass” items. Consequently, we advise caution when shipping such items, as we cannot assume liability for any breakages.

- Final Sale: All sales are considered final, and no returns are accepted.
- Responsibility for Damaged/Missing Items: In the unfortunate event of damaged or missing items, please contact the shipping company directly for resolution. Returns, refunds, or replacements cannot be processed in such instances.
- Shipping Insurance: Buyers are responsible for purchasing shipping insurance to safeguard their shipments.
- Refund Policy: Full refunds are not available for any items. In cases where returns are accepted, items may be replaced with a restocking fee applied.
- Return Conditions: If a return is accepted, the item must be returned in its original, unopened packaging.
- Incorrect Shipments: If an incorrect item is shipped as per the invoice, we will replace it with the correct item at no additional cost.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
- Special Items: Returns and refunds are not accepted for special items, except for Ford Cargo Spare Parts that are not older than 3 years.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Fees and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel an order, please do so promptly through your account’s orders section before making any payments. If an order is canceled after payment, refunds will be processed within 1-2 weeks, with deductions for restocking fees, bank transfer costs, and shipping costs.
